General Business Brokerage

We act as your exclusive broker, responsible for listing, marketing, and facilitating the sale of your business. You retain full authority over all negotiations and decisions.

Our standard commission is 10% of the final purchase price, payable at closing. In addition, out-of-pocket marketing expenses may be reimbursed, but only within agreed limits.

We can seek injunctive relief, damages, and legal remedies. Buyers are also liable for breaches caused by their representatives (attorneys, accountants, etc.)

Users must be at least 18, agree not to misuse or copy content, and comply with all terms. Accounts may be suspended for violations such as unauthorized use or security breaches.

All agreements and website use are governed by Maryland law, with disputes resolved through Maryland courts or arbitration, as applicable.
