We act as your exclusive broker, responsible for listing, marketing, and facilitating the sale of your business. You retain full authority over all negotiations and decisions.
What fees do you charge for selling a business?
Our standard commission is 10% of the final purchase price, payable at closing. In addition, out-of-pocket marketing expenses may be reimbursed, but only within agreed limits.
How long does a typical listing agreement last?

Can I use another broker while working with Crescent Bridge?
No. Our Listing Agreement is exclusive, meaning Crescent Bridge is the sole broker authorized to market and sell your business during the agreement term.

The NDA ensures that buyers protect the seller’s sensitive business data—financials, customer lists, trade secrets, etc.—and use it only for evaluating a potential purchase
How long does the Confidentiality Agreement remain in effect?
The NDA typically lasts for three years from the effective date, with some obligations surviving longer for trade secrets
What happens if someone breaches the Confidentiality Agreement?
We can seek injunctive relief, damages, and legal remedies. Buyers are also liable for breaches caused by their representatives (attorneys, accountants, etc.)

What are the rules for using Crescent Bridge’s website?
